Shipping policy

Customers are solely responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping address information at the time of placing an order. Techsential will not be held responsible for orders that are lost, delayed, undelivered, or returned due to an incorrect, incomplete, or invalid address provided by the customer.

In the event that an order is returned to us due to an address error, the customer may be required to cover the cost of re-shipping. Techsential reserves the right to cancel and refund the order (excluding any shipping fees) if re-delivery is not feasible.
